The Washington State Patrol today released a sketch of a man suspected of shooting and injuring two teenagers during a road-rage incident earlier this week on state Route 167 near Sumner.
The victims – an 18-year-old man and 17-year-old girl – were driving south on SR 167 just before 2 a.m. Monday when another vehicle drove up behind them and passed their vehicle. The suspect drove in the left inside shoulder area and nearly caused a crash, troopers said.
